Project Overview
Agent Smith Secret is a game where players solve puzzles to progress through different missions. The game mechanics are as follows:
-
Missions: Seven different missions, each managed by a game master at different stations.
-
Navigation: Players use the app’s map to find these stations.
-
Progression: After completing a mission, players receive a password to enter into the app, which then provides the next clue.
-
Final Mission: This process repeats for all seven missions. Teams use the collected clues to solve the final mission.
-
Team Size: The game can accommodate up to 150 players, divided into teams.
My Role and Responsibilities
-
Creating the User Flow: Using Canva to map out the user journey within the app.
-
Designing Wireframes: Using Wireframe.cc to design the wireframes for each mission and the overall app interface.
-
Developing the App: Utilizing Jotform, a no-code platform, to build the app’s functionality. This involved setting up conditional logic to show/hide elements and calculating scores.

Design Process
-
Research and Planning: Understanding the game mechanics and user requirements.
-
User Flow Creation: Designing a seamless user journey using Canva.
-
Wireframing: Creating wireframes on Wireframe.cc to visualize each screen.
-
Development: Building the app on Jotform, implementing conditional logic and calculations.
-
Testing and Iteration: Conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
Outcome and Impact
The app was successfully implemented and used in various team-building events. Some highlights include:
-
High-Profile Clients: The game was played by teams from companies like Pepsi and Netflix.
-
Successful Events: The game events were held at Toscana Valley in Khao Yai for Pepsi and at the Marriott Hotel for Netflix. The app functioned flawlessly, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
Key Takeaways
-
Effective Collaboration: Utilizing Google Meets and Canva for seamless communication and idea-sharing.
-
Tool Utilization: Leveraging no-code platforms like Jotform for efficient app development.
-
User Engagement: Designing an engaging and interactive app that received positive feedback from users.
Conclusion
This project was a significant learning experience. I developed skills in UI/UX design, user flow creation, and no-code app development. The success of the Agent Smith Secret app and the positive feedback from high-profile clients demonstrate my ability to design user-centric applications and collaborate effectively with a team.
